Weโre now managing growth for newsletters with over 1.3 million subscribers
When I launched my coaching business in 2020, it took me ~18 months to get to where we are now with BetterLetter 5 months in.
Building a business is still hard work, but it does get easier every time.
Skills stack over time and relationships are a huge unlock that gives you access to othersโ skills.
Goal is to ~ double the business by the end of the summer. Aggressive but possible.
If you have a business model that is profitable and is powered by email, growing your audience could be the only thing between you and doubling your business.
Easy way to tell if thatโs you: Take your email audience size and multiply it by 5. Have you made at least that many dollars from your email list in the last 12 months?

We just ran our first set of sponsorships with The Pour Over and a handful of other sponsors that were given to us through the beehiiv ad network.
If you have an email list and arenโt using beehiiv, idk what to tell you other than youโre missing out on joy and revenueโฆ

Pretty wild how accessible making money online has become.

If you couldnโt tell, Iโm in a season of intensity right now - high production at work with 3 young kids.
Late nights and sacrifices are a regular occurence right now, but these are all intentional choices.
Eventually Iโll figure out a better rhythm for these updates so I can make them shorter and more valuable, but for right now Iโm focusing on staying consistent with everything listed above.
